monkeys!

Our staff had a day at the zoo today. I could have watched the primates all day. It's such fun to watch a baby orangutan drape a burlap blanket over his head and roll around on the ground.

There were so many kids there today. And we were amused that the kids thought they could get an animal to walk over to them just by yelling its name. "Zebra, zebra, zebra!!!!!!"

Good news is that the neurotic white tiger was gone. If you're a frequent zoo person, you know what I'm talking about. The poor thing would just pace and pace in front of the viewing window with its mouth open. Today the tiger we saw was smaller, maybe Star or Stripes? And it was lounging and gnawing on its lunch.
