Flux-capacitor... fluxing...
I've been working for 3 days straight on a project that was due at the printer on Friday. I wasn't looking forward to coming in on the Monday after Daylight Saving Time to try to finish it. I'm a zombie today. Anyway, I finally succeeded with the project (yay) and was ready to burn it to disc for the printer. But my computer had other plans...
My CD burner and Windows Explorer were going nuts - a file wouldn't burn, and WE wouldn't delete it from my list of files to copy. After 3 reboots and lots of prayer, a window popped up and said that there were still files waiting to be burned, would I like to burn or delete them? Delete! Delete! So finally WE purged the file and I could start again. Burned the disc, speeded over to the printer.
So I felt kind of like Marty McFly in Back to the Future I, when he's ready to go back to 1985 and his engine dies. And he keeps trying to start it, and the panic's building, and finally he hits his head on the steering wheel and the car starts. I thank God for bailing me out before I started banging my head on the desk.
