strange dreams

I don't know what's going on in my head, but I've been having bad dreams for the last few nights. One is really disturbing, and I've had it at least 3 times. I'm floating up in the air, and I'm about 50 yards from the WTC when I see the first plane coming in. I can see the people in the plane, and they're confused and terrified. And then I see the plane hit the building, and I can feel the heat, and then I see the bodies and body parts start falling out. Some are on fire and they're suffering. And I start falling with them. It feels like forever. And I see them hit the ground and some, including me, just walk away. We walk to the ocean and the ones who are on fire walk into the waves to put it out, and then they're ok.

The first time I had this dream, I only saw the plane hit and then I woke up, rolled over and went back to sleep. But the second time all that other stuff happened. And I woke up extremely frightened and I was crying. And I had it again last night but I didn't wake up, I went right to another dream. I don't know what set these dreams off. Maybe seeing the Spain attacks on TV stirred up some bad memories of that day. I wasn't there when it happened, but I'll never get those TV images out of my head.
