new planetoid discovered

Astronomers recently discovered a new planetoid called Sedna. It's 3/4 the size of Pluto. I wonder if they'll give it status as a planet? That's pretty small for a planet. Of course, so is Pluto, and lots of folks argue that calling Pluto a planet is a joke. So it'll be interesting to see what happens with Sedna.
