Plano ISD is saying that students can't exchange Valentines this year. Instead, they can bring cards to school (without names on the envelopes) and leave them on their desks. Then, students can walk by and pick one up if they so choose.

Gag.

I think the issue is that it's Saint Valentine's Day, and therefore it's a holiday with religious overtones.
