No rest and no sleep make Kara go something-something

Howdy. Long time no post. October has been a dizzying, fun and busy month. We celebrated our anniversary, attended the National Youthworkers Convention, flew to California for the beautiful wedding of Kevin's sister, celebrated Kevin's birthday and just returned from a staff retreat. Tomorrow we leave for Pine Cove, where we will spend the weekend with middle school students.

In the midst of all this, I've developed some health problems. Today's visit to the doctor confirmed that stress has a lot to do with it. So I've gotta spend the next few weeks figuring out what to cut out of my life, and what to add to it, in order for me to feel like myself again.
